The narrative behind my work is heavily inspired by personal growth, development, and the inner work that takes place behind the scenes as we become our authentic selves. I believe the messiest parts of life make us into our best selves if we open ourselves to the process of growth.

Butterfly wings, koi fish, and lotus flowers are repeated motifs in my work because of their symbolism regarding transformation, strength, and renewal. The aesthetic of my work pulls inspiration from the Art Nouveau movement that uses flowy, curvy lines, botanical imagery, and organic shapes. The essence of what I create illustrates that, throughout the seasons of life, we are always in a constant state of “becoming” our true selves. If we shift our perspective, the messy parts of life can be beautiful moments of revitalization.
